Juice for my boo
I have been trying to help my boo decrease his soda intake by giving him juice. I know that it still isn't the best option BUT it's a start. This juice is inspired a juice blend my fams came up with not too long ago. It's a combination mango green tea (from fresh and easy), blueberry and pomegranate juice, chopped up strawberries and blueberries, and water to dilute the juice. I like it a lot. Not too sweet and a little tart. Yummy! 
Chinese for dinner
An assortment of Chinese food for dinner! Yay! Peking duck, char sui pork, chow mien noodles, and sautéed kale and garlic in soy sauce. A very yummy dinner indeed!

Scratch made vanilla cake balls with cream cheese frosting all packaged and ready to go.

I have busted my booty in the kitchen the past few days for these cake pops! From making the vanilla cake and cream cheese frosting from scratch, then forming the dough. It's been a long process but worth it. Look out for the cake balls that accompany these yummy morsels! Recipe to come soon! :)

Last nights dinner
Chicken for dinner! I roasted some chicken breast, sautéed some kale, mushrooms, and yellow squash together and added some brown rice. It was a yummy dinner.

Nothing bundt cakes in Los Gatos CA
So far on my nor cal adventures we were brought to Nothing Bundt Cakes. While browsing I told one of the employees it was my first time, but was leaning towards the lemon bundt cake or the pecan praline bundt. She told me she didn't want me to choose between them and gave me one for free!!!! Wow what an amazing experience!!! Oooo and the bundt cakes… amazing and moist!!! Here is the lemon bundt cake
