Braised Beef in a red wine reduction

I love braising me some beef! It's extremely easy and the results pretty much always are amazing! This time I braised angus chuck with Yukon gold potatoes, crimini mushrooms, onions, garlic, green onions, and puréed tomatoes all cooked in stock and red wine. Served with rice and sautéed kale. Super flavorful and yummy!
