Jazzfest at CSUB

Made cold pasta salad for Jazzfest at CSUB. Pasta salad: whole wheat pasta, artichoke, roasted tomatoes, zucchini, yellow squash and mushrooms with fresh mozzarella in tossed in balsamic vinager and olive oil.
